I can only speak as a previous employee (rather than as a client) but I was treated fairly by Rande and Lori and credit them both for encouraging me to pursue my advanced degree in psychology which I received this month. I found this company to be a pleasant, supportive environment and would gladly work with them again if the opportunity ever arose.
Excellent people who really care
I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about. I had a great experience with Tina H.
Amazing Experience!!! Amazing Staff!!!! I have been bringing my son here for a couple of years and the people who work here are nothing but helpful and courteous. I had a son at a later age and he has had a few issues. After he started going to Legacy, his life and my life changed for nothing but the better. His therapist (lets call her M) took a very strong interest in him and was always available by phone even on her days off. At one point we had to get him in without an appointment because he was having a very bad day. When we called the front desk said that M was off but to bring him anyway and he would be seen. He was able t get in the Clinical Supervisor who had already researched his situation once she found out he was coming in and never missed a beat in helping him out. Also, the front desk staff is so helpful and kind. They're always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you feel welcome and wanted at Legacy. We all have had bad experiences in our lives and I truly feel that the negative comments on here stem from isolated incidents. I would not want my son or anyone else in my family going somewhere other than Legacy.
Everyone is so helpful and friendly my kids love going here amazing people just like family!!!
They were very courteous!!
